How we make sure M1 fits your people, space and way of working.

Prepare a short brief
Describe who will use the equipment, the exercises or assessments you want to perform and the people who will supervise them. Include the available space, mounting options and how the device will fit into your existing sessions.
Identify the variables you need, how you will store results and whether you need a software connection or export. These questions help distinguish essential requirements from optional accessories.
Review the proposal before ordering
Check the exact device and accessories, measurement ranges and precision relevant to your protocol, power and installation requirements, software compatibility and what is included in delivery.
The proposal should also identify price and applicable taxes, payment conditions, expected delivery, installation, training, warranty and support. Ask for clarification if a service or software limit is not specified.
An enquiry starts this conversation; it does not create a confirmed order. Keep your enquiry reference so the team can connect additional questions to the same request.
Start with your work
M1 is configured around the work you want to do. We begin with your users, intended exercises, available space and the support your team needs.
From proposal to delivery
Once you accept the proposal, we confirm payment and coordinate preparation, delivery, installation and onboarding with your team.
