Abstract
The 2014 study by Campos-Jara et al. evaluated the validity and reliability of the Haefni Health System 1.0 (HHe 1.0) for measuring isokinetic velocity. The device showed a near-perfect correlation with gold-standard measures (ICC = 0.998) and extremely stable repeatability across all tested conditions.
This research validates the HHe 1.0 as a precision instrument for isokinetic testing. Its ability to maintain and measure velocity with high accuracy makes it a dependable device for both concentric and eccentric assessment in biomechanics.
